Cancellations/ Deposits/Membership

Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Less than 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.  No call no shows will not be allowed to rebook PERIOD!

All OVERDUE Retighten maintenance will be charged  the OD fee. Your regular maintenance fee plus $57.50 per each late week. These policies are applicable to all clients!

Membership Fees are non-refundable!
All Deposits are non-refundable & non- transferable. All products or items purchased are non refundable

*APPOINTMENTS BOOKED ON MONDAYS ARE AN ADDITIONAL $55.

*ANY HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $150

*FOR ALL SEWING APPOINTMENTS AND CUSTOM UNITS, HAIR MUST BE PROVIDED BY ME. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PURCHASE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I NO LONGER USE OUTSIDE HAIR.

• CASH OR CARD ARE ACCEPTED. A small service FEE will be APPLIED WHEN USING YOUR CARD.

NO EXTRA PEOPLE AT APPOINTMENT.

SOMETIMES I DO RUN OVER ON TIME. I ALWAYS MAKE IT A POINT TO CONTACT THE NEXT CLIENT WITH A HEADS UP ON MY DELAY.
